Hunte Corp, Middlemen of Misery

The Hunte Corporation is the largest broker in the US of "misery puppies" - those sad products of puppy mills that end up for sale in pet stores. They try to stay out of the dirtiest part of the work themselves, instead acting as middlemen, brokering sales of puppies from puppy mills to pet stores.

Hunte is having a conference for its "breeders" this coming September. The keynote speaker is a man who calls himself "America's Dog Whisperer", Mark German. His appearance is sponsored by Nutri Source dog food and the overall conference is sponsored by Royal Canin dog food.

Please contact these organizations and let them know, politely but firmly, that you will have nothing to do with companies that support the puppy mill industry. A simple email can go a long way.

UPDATE 4/28 5:52 PM: I have email from Mark German stating that he has withdrawn from the conference as he did not know about the Hunte Corp's reputation. If you write him, please thank him for doing the right thing!

UPDATE 4/29 6:30 PM: I have confirmed that Nutri Source dog food has withdrawn their sponsorship of the event. If you write them, please thank them for doing the right thing. As far as I am aware, Royal Canin is still sponsoring the event.

UPDATE 5/08 1:57 PM: Royal Canin has withdrawn their sponsorship.

NEW UPDATE: ONE SPONSOR REMAINS.
Pfizer Animal Health is a MAJOR sponsor that refuses to be discouraged. Please read the link and sign the petition.

Have you ever visited Hunte, or do you spout off idiotic drivel at random?

Have you ever researched Hunte's history, or are you just grossly uninformed?

Sounds to me we have some puppy mill owners a little pissed off. Hmmmm.

Sounds to me like the puppy millers are reading your pages, seeing what you find out about the low lifes, and getting their undies in a bit of a bunch. Keep spreading the word! Education of the public of the horrors of this company and those they "buy" from, or their "breeders" need to be exposed until every person knows!
